Notice is hereby given that the Mad River Township Trustees have called for a Special Meeting on
Wednesday, July 26, 2022 AT 10:00 AM. The meeting will take place at the Mad River Township Fire
House, located at 260 E Main Street, Enon, Ohio.

The purpose of the meeting:

• To enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing imminent court action with the board of township trustee’s attorney; followed by a discussion/vote regarding imminent court action in open session.

There will be no period for public comments.
